Keith Marmer serves as Executive Director and Associate Vice President of the Center For Technology and Venture Commercialization at the University of Utah. Previously, Marmer was co-founder and managing director of SG3 Ventures, a venture capital fund focused on early-stage life science companies. Prior to SG3 Ventures, Marmer was chief business officer at Penn Center for Innovation, University of Pennsylvania. Before his university-based commercialization roles, he was an entrepreneur, launching and scaling two companies and co-founding a consulting firm that advised early-stage growth companies. Across these roles, Marmer has launched, help to launch or overseen teams responsible for launching more than 100 companies who have gone on to raise more than $800 million in follow-on capital.
Marmer serves on a number of boards as well as a past Entrepreneur-In-Residence at Princeton University.
Marmer received an MBA, Doctor of Physical Therapy, Master of Physical Therapy and Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences from University of the Sciences.
